I finally found someone that actually cares to address the issue with my gut health problems instead of just giving me another script and saying those dreaded 3 words every doc has told me for years: "let's monitor it". sure sure, monitor, got it! then what? seriously. then what? this is why I am so happy and relieved. like seriously relieved that I found someone that is not only listening to me but also wants to help address the issue.
Michelle put me on a 3-month gut health program where I'm speaking to both her and a nutritionist which are personalizing a program for me. how cool is that? I'm 1 month in and already feel better. not 100%. oh no. but day/night vs last month and I finally have a plan.
